1. Introduction

4. Payment Data

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. Liquid does not store credit or debit card numbers. By using Liquid, you also agree to Stripe's Privacy Policy. Customer deposits are subject to Stripe's standard processing fees, which are disclosed at the time of deposit.

We retain customer and merchant data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter, or as required by law. Transaction records are retained for a minimum of 7 years for financial compliance purposes.

  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Opt out of non-essential communications

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at: team@liquidwallet.co

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

Liquid is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the app or Merchant Portal. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
