Liquid is a software platform and loyalty marketplace. It allows users to convert U.S. dollars into Liquid Cash (a proprietary in-app currency), spend Liquid Cash at participating partner merchant locations exclusively through the Liquid app, and earn automatic discounts based on deposit amount, time of day, or active promotions.

Liquid is not a bank, money transmitter, financial institution, or investment platform. Liquid does not hold, custody, or control your money. All payment processing and fund custody is performed by Stripe, Inc., a licensed payment processor and money transmitter. Liquid's role is limited to maintaining your Liquid Cash ledger, calculating discounts, and instructing Stripe to pay merchants after the applicable settlement period.

When you initiate a deposit through the Platform, your U.S. dollars are charged by Stripe and your account is credited with an equivalent amount of Liquid Cash. Liquid Cash is a proprietary, non-monetary digital unit of account denominated in U.S. dollars and redeemable exclusively as described herein. The conversion from U.S. dollars to Liquid Cash is final and irrevocable at the moment of deposit. Liquid will not refund any conversions.

Liquid Cash may only be used to make purchases at Liquid partner locations through the Liquid mobile application. Liquid Cash has no monetary value outside the Platform, cannot be transferred to another user, cannot be withdrawn or converted back to U.S. dollars or any other currency, and cannot be used for any purpose other than purchases at partner locations.

All Liquid Cash balances are non-refundable. Because U.S. dollars are irrevocably converted into Liquid Cash at the time of deposit — a proprietary in-app currency with no cash value outside the Platform — deposits cannot be reversed, refunded, or returned in any form. You are purchasing Liquid Cash, not depositing money into a bank account. By completing a deposit, you acknowledge and accept this policy unconditionally.

Your Liquid Cash wallet balance may not exceed $2,000.00 at any time. We reserve the right to adjust this cap with reasonable notice. If the cap is lowered below your existing balance, we will honor your existing balance and you may continue spending it at partner locations, but you will not be able to make additional deposits until your Liquid Cash balance falls below the adjusted cap.

Liquid Cash does not expire as long as your account remains in good standing.

You may load Liquid Cash into your account through the app using a valid debit or credit card. Card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure interface. Liquid never sees, stores, or processes your card number or billing details.

All card charges are processed by Stripe, Inc., a licensed payment processor. Your relationship with Stripe is governed by Stripe's Terms of Service and Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Liquid applies discounts automatically at the time of payment based on your deposit history, active promotions (such as flash sales), or off-peak hours at the location you are visiting. Discounts are calculated on the pre-tax subtotal. The final amount you pay reflects the discounted total plus applicable tax.

Liquid does not set discounts. Discount rates, flash sales, and off-peak windows are subject to change at any time. Liquid makes no guarantee that any specific discount will be available at any specific time or location.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at team@liquidwallet.co. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund of any remaining Liquid Cash balance.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason with or without notice. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any Liquid Cash balance, except where required by applicable law.
